Ingredients
1. Chicken breast – 1 piece
2. Salt – ¼ tsp
3. Ground pepper – 1 tsp
4. Oregano – 1 tsp
5. Butter – 2 tbsp
6. Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
7. Cos lettuce – 50 g
8. Carrot – 40 g
9. Cherry tomatoes – 7 pcs
10. Sweet corn – 30 g
Mango Yogurt Sauce
1. OJ Mango powder – 2 tbsp
2. Yogurt – 1 measuring cup
3. Fresh milk – ½ measuring cup
4. OJ Lime powder – 2 tbsp
5. Salt – a little

Method

1. Make mango yogurt sauce
Blend OJ Mango powder, milk, yogurt, and a little salt until smooth. Add OJ Lime powder and stir to combine. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
2. Marinate and grill chicken
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, melted butter, and minced garlic. Coat both sides and rest for 15-30 minutes. Grill in a pan until cooked, then slice into bite-size pieces.
3. Serve
Arrange cos lettuce, carrot, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn on a plate. Add grilled chicken and serve with OJ mango yogurt sauce.

A well-balanced savory dish combining the aroma of grilled chicken with a bright sweet-and-sour orange sauce made from OJ Orange powder. Easy to eat, not heavy, and ideal for dinner or a light special meal.

1. Chicken breast – 1 piece
2. Salt – ¼ tsp
3. Ground pepper – 1 tsp
4. Oregano – 1 tsp
5. Butter – 2 tbsp
6. Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
Orange Sauce
1. OJ Orange powder – 3 tbsp
2. Water – 1 measuring cup (reserve ¼ cup for mixing starch)
3. Finely chopped onion – 1 bulb
4. Minced garlic – 2 cloves
5. Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
6. Cornstarch – 1 tbsp

Method

1. Marinate chicken
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, melted butter, and minced garlic. Coat both sides and rest for 15-30 minutes.
2. Grill chicken
Grill in a pan over medium heat until cooked and fragrant. Set aside.
3. Make orange sauce
Dissolve OJ Orange powder in ¾ cup water. Heat over medium until boiling, then add onion and garlic and simmer until aromatic. Mix cornstarch with remaining water and pour into the pot. Simmer until the sauce turns clear and slightly thick.
4. Serve
Pour orange sauce over grilled chicken and serve with salad for a refreshing finish.
