Chrysanthemum Jelly

A bouncy, easy-to-enjoy dessert with a gentle chrysanthemum aroma. Great for weekends or simple family dessert time.
Ingredients (40 pieces)
1. OJ Chrysanthemum powder – 10 tsp
2. Sugar – 1 tbsp
3. Water – 400 ml
4. Agar-agar powder – appropriate amount

Method

1. Add OJ Chrysanthemum powder to a pot with water and stir to dissolve. Add agar-agar powder and stir well. Cook over medium heat until agar fully dissolves (no granules). Add sugar, stir until dissolved, then turn off heat.
2. Pour into prepared molds. Let set for about 20 minutes, then chill for about 1 hour. Serve.
Note
OJ Chrysanthemum powder (500 g) makes approximately 5 batches.

OJ Green Tea Brownies

Chewy brownies with a smooth green tea aroma. Easy to make, homey, and satisfying in every bite.
Ingredients (1 batch)
1. OJ Green Tea powder – 7 tbsp
2. All-purpose flour – 75 g
3. Butter – 100 g
4. Sugar – 80 g
5. Eggs – 2
6. Baking powder – ¼ tsp
7. Vanilla – ½ tsp
8. Salt – ⅛ tsp

Method

1. Sift flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
2. Melt butter over low heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved, then remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl.
3. Add eggs one at a time, whisk gently until combined. Add OJ Green Tea powder and salt, then mix until smooth and even.
4. Add the prepared flour mixture and fold gently. Add vanilla and mix again. Pour into a 10 × 10 inch square pan lined with baking paper.
5. Bake at 150°C for 36-40 minutes. Remove from oven, unmold, cool on a rack, and serve.
Note
OJ Green Tea powder (500 g) makes approximately 6 servings.
You may top with chocolate, almonds, or nuts for extra texture and appeal.

Strawberry Ice Cream (Ice Pops)

School is back-invite kids to enjoy a fun after-school activity. This easy ice pop recipe is beautifully colored with a sweet-and-sour taste kids will love.
Ingredients
1. OJ Strawberry powder – 5 tbsp
2. Water – 1½ measuring cups

Method

1. Mix OJ Strawberry powder with water and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Pour into ice pop molds.
3. Freeze for 3-4 hours until set.
4. Remove from molds, plate, and serve.
