Mango Yogurt Sauce
A creamy sweet-and-sour sauce combining mango brightness with smooth yogurt. Adds a new dimension to savory dishes, pairing perfectly with grilled chicken breast and fresh vegetables-proof that sweet and savory can work together.
Ingredients
1. Chicken breast – 1 piece
2. Salt – ¼ tsp
3. Ground pepper – 1 tsp
4. Oregano – 1 tsp
5. Butter – 2 tbsp
6. Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
7. Cos lettuce – 50 g
8. Carrot – 40 g
9. Cherry tomatoes – 7 pcs
10. Sweet corn – 30 g
Mango Yogurt Sauce
1. OJ Mango powder – 2 tbsp
2. Yogurt – 1 measuring cup
3. Fresh milk – ½ measuring cup
4. OJ Lime powder – 2 tbsp
5. Salt – a little
Method
1. Make mango yogurt sauce
Blend OJ Mango powder, milk, yogurt, and a little salt until smooth. Add OJ Lime powder and stir to combine. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
2. Marinate and grill chicken
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, melted butter, and minced garlic. Coat both sides and rest for 15-30 minutes. Grill in a pan until cooked, then slice into bite-size pieces.
3. Serve
Arrange cos lettuce, carrot, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn on a plate. Add grilled chicken and serve with OJ mango yogurt sauce.
