1. OJ Strawberry powder – 6 tbsp
2. OJ Lemon powder – 4½ tbsp
3. Water – 100 ml (for strawberry concentrate)
4. Water – 150 ml (for lemonade)
5. Ice – 3 measuring cups
6. Soda – 240 ml

Method

1. Make strawberry concentrate
Add OJ Strawberry powder to a pot, add 100 ml water, and stir to dissolve. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened, then let cool.
2. Make lemonade
Add OJ Lemon powder to a glass, add 150 ml water, and stir until dissolved.
3. Serve
Pour strawberry concentrate into a glass, add ice, then layer with lemonade and soda. Serve.

Method

8. Salt – ⅛ tsp

Method

1. Sift flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
2. Melt butter over low heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved, then remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl.
