Strawberry Lemonade Soda

Ingredients (3 servings)
1. OJ Strawberry powder – 6 tbsp
2. OJ Lemon powder – 4½ tbsp
3. Water – 100 ml (for strawberry concentrate)
4. Water – 150 ml (for lemonade)
5. Ice – 3 measuring cups
6. Soda – 240 ml

Method

1. Make strawberry concentrate
Add OJ Strawberry powder to a pot, add 100 ml water, and stir to dissolve. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened, then let cool.
2. Make lemonade
Add OJ Lemon powder to a glass, add 150 ml water, and stir until dissolved.
3. Serve
Pour strawberry concentrate into a glass, add ice, then layer with lemonade and soda. Serve.

1. OJ Green Tea powder – 3 tbsp
2. OJ Lime powder – 1 tbsp
3. Drinking water – 100 ml

Method

1. Add OJ Green Tea powder and OJ Lime powder to a glass.
2. Add water and stir until dissolved.
3. Add ice and serve immediately.

– 2 tsp
2. Hot water – 20 g
3. Fresh milk – 1 measuring cup
4. Ice – 1 measuring cup

Method

1. Add OJ Butterfly Pea Lime powder to a glass.
2. Add hot water and stir until dissolved.
3. Add ice, then top with fresh milk. Serve immediately.

OJ Pineapple Ginger Soda

1. OJ Pineapple powder – 3 tbsp
2. Fresh ginger – 60 g
3. Honey – ½ tsp
4. Soda – 150 g
5. Water – 250 g
6. Tube ice – 3 measuring cups

Method

1. Prepare ginger water
Peel ginger, wash, and slice. Bring water to a boil, add ginger, and boil until the liquid turns light brown and fragrant. Turn off heat and let cool.
2. Mix the drink
Pour ginger water into a glass. Add OJ Pineapple powder and honey, then stir until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice, then top with soda. Serve.

Method
